Our Four Slide Department can form .008 to .187 diameter wire.
Our tool department specializes in tooling suited to forming spring
wire. We design and build tooling to suit our customer's wire
forms. Tooling remains our property and is kept in good repair
indefinitely, at no further cost to our customer.
CNC Wire Forming
Some wire forming may be better suited to CNC wire forming equipment
than four slide equipment. This, of course, will be determined
according to economic considerations.
Pneumatic Forming
Rotary table benders are used to manufacture wire forms made
from spring wire and soft material up to .625 diameter.
